Jim Lockey is an artist. His work is about creating fictions and often about artwork itself. Working predominantly with Text, Video and Performance he explores the complex relationship between artifact and viewer.

With Katy Norton they are Curators at LIMBO Arts, Margate.

Jim was born in 1987, and is married to fellow artist Katy Norton. He lives and works in Kent. He has Masters and BA hons degree in Fine Art from The University For The Creative Arts.

Jim is a co-founder and editor of Duck & Cover magazine and is regularly published there-in. He works as a Youth Worker and provides workshops in creative media in Folkestone, Kent.
